Subway in Hanau

Sandwich super tasty, as always! Nevertheless, everything goes very slowly and the two women behind the counter do not pay attention to the distance regulation and call one customer after the other to the counter. What a shame!

Customer friendliness under all pig. I was just in her subway with my girlfriend. My friend ordered a tuna sandwich, which the terms understood as a turkey sandwich. After I pointed out to the waitress that it was not a turkey sandwich, but tuna, the more than slovenly and irritable answer came, "You should have said it right away". Even during the process of occupying, the waitress was irritable, so that you no longer wanted to say anything. After paying, I told the waitress that a little more customer friendliness would have been appropriate. Her answer "I already know when to be friendly and when not", apparently not when you point out your own mistakes. Dear, unfriendly "Angel" with dreadlocks, please look for a job without customer contact. Cleaning or something like that. Definitely my last visit to the subway.

I would love to write something positive, but chicken pity is being sold here unnecessarily. I think it's a shame that Subway has not yet joined the European Broiler Chicken Initiative. The staff is nice and the food delicious. But far too expensive. I have the feeling that the unique selling proposition in Hanau is being fully exploited - at the expense of the customer. The subs themselves have long been more expensive than in other subways, the sub of the day has been abolished. on the advent calendar, no participation ... It is simply not fun to shop there. I paid over 16 euros for 2 subs. You feel ripped off. It's a shame, I used to be at Subway at least 2-3 times a month. As of now, however, that's completely done for me. I really hope that the subway at Kinzigbogen will open again at some point. There the subs are generally cheaper and more generously occupied. It's fun at the Kinzigbogen, people like to go there and accordingly it tastes better.

I haven't been to Subway for a long time because the criteria of the European Broiler Chicken Initiative are not implemented there. If Subway implemented these criteria, it would affect millions of chickens and save them the worst agony of fattening. And I would get a burger at Subway again. So more animal welfare, please!

The operator is unfriendly and hostile to fellow human beings! He thinks he is better and treats his fellow human beings like dirt. Of course it depends on where you come from. He even punishes you with ignorance and doesn't serve someone. Great subway. He discriminates against you and directly forms a prejudice! When Subway asked for clarification, this person was still hairy in his condescending way in an extensive condescending email. Now let's turn on the lawyer! Hanau already had a date and murders for discrimination! This is a NO GO for a large chain!

Food standard as in all shops. Unfortunately, no attention is paid to the rules of departure here and customers are sometimes very close together. This is very much because the staff behind the counter is too quick to call customers to the counter

Currently - probably thanks to Corona - no sub of the day available. While other branches offer this again / still. Otherwise, it is usually pretty fast, depending on the employee. Mostly crowded at lunchtime and waiting times can be expected.

Very delicious sub eaten .... for veggie, vegan and meat eaters, there is a wide choice. Value for money perfectly fine and not too expensive.
